We proudly present another successfully completed project – the installation of an anti-stress surface at the playground of Maslina kindergarten – Tribunj. The project investor was Liber Media d.o.o., while Lumeg-in carried out the installation of the red-colored anti-stress tiles.
Why an anti-stress surface?
When it comes to children’s playgrounds, safety and functionality are always the top priority. Anti-stress rubber surfaces offer a number of advantages:
- Child safety – the surface absorbs impact and reduces the risk of injury from falls.
- Weather resistance – resistant to sun, rain, and temperature changes, ensuring long-lasting durability.
- Easy maintenance – simple to clean and maintain, which is especially important in a kindergarten environment.
- Comfortable and attractive – the red color gives the playground a cheerful and dynamic appearance, while the elasticity of the material ensures enjoyable play.
- Eco-friendly solution – made from recycled rubber, these surfaces contribute to environmental protection.
Installation process
To ensure the playground is safe and durable, the installation process is carried out in several steps:
- Surface preparation – leveling and cleaning the ground where the tiles will be laid.
- Laying the tiles – rubber tiles are carefully fitted together, like puzzle pieces, to ensure a stable and secure connection.
- Gluing and fixing – the tiles are bonded with a special adhesive that provides lasting fixation.
- Final finishing – checking all joints and leveling the surface to make the playground ready for use.
During this project, we encountered a small oversight on our part, but we bet you can’t spot it in the photos! Thanks to our many years of experience and knowledge of how to respond to challenging situations during installation, we were able to resolve everything in agreement with the investor and the end user – always keeping the safety and satisfaction of the kindergarten children as our top priority.
As the saying goes: Those who work sometimes make mistakes, but what matters most is how the problem or error is resolved.
All in all, thanks to this anti-stress surface, the children of DV Maslina – Tribunj now have a safer and more pleasant environment for play and social interaction.
