The goal of this project was to deal with the problems caused by strong wind coming from mountain Velebit and at the same time, do a decorative makeover of the apartments.
The first decision of the investor was to use stone aggregate as a base. However, the before mentioned strong wind made it very difficult to maintain the nice visual effect. After every stronger wind, the surface needed extra filling of the aggregate.
Instead of having to re-do the surface every few weeks, the investor decided to use artificial grass, type DOMO Venus and solved the problem once and for all, and the yard was equally beautiful (in this case, the artificial grass prevents the wind from getting under and removing the stone material or the substrate).
We installed a total of 80.00 m2 of the mentioned decorative grass.
